Of course, you can charge your customers for your time in receiving and entering information for the deed. You will receive the information and place the information on a form, just like most title companies do now.
If your customary charge is $80 in your locale for deed preparation, your title company will net $60 per deed. If you prepare 70 deeds a month on average, that is an extra $4,200 for your title company if you were paying someone else the entire deed preparation fee.
